Easy to use, right out of the box! While our Wireless cameras do not record themselves, the remote receiver can be easily connected to any TV, VCR or DVR recorder, all the cords you need are included. We recommend using a 9 hour VCR tape available at Hidden Camera Accessories so that your Nanny Cam or Hidden Camera can record everything that goes on while you are out! Most operate on a 12 hour, rechargeable battery pack (supplied) so no wires are visible. They record continuously while on. They can also operate on AC power with an AC adaptor. They have an approximate transmitting range of 1000 feet, with "high power" available on many models that can increase the transmission range to aproximately 2500 feet.
